  1. Season veal with salt and pepper, dredge in flour.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons butter and oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook veal 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add remaining butter and mushrooms. Cook until golden, about 5 minutes.
  5. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
  6. Add Marsala and broth. Simmer for 5 minutes until reduced by half.
  7. Return veal to pan and cook for 2 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
